- Track project cost and breakdown the budget for the project - Conduct training for subordinates on new business of company, new company process flow, accounting process, and report preparation. - Schedule for survey on property site and valuation of property for bank mortgage - Verify the decision letter of new property purchase and submit to Board of Director for approval - Perform other duties as assigned - Purchase tools / equipment and other accessories daily - Find supplier and quotation with suitable price - Process PO, PR via Internet System - Following up PO & PR to make sure the tools/equipment delivered to site - Check the function of motor & spare parts and send to be fixed - Transferring materials/tools/equipment/accessories as need from site to site - Daily key-in stock use into Internet System - Work closely with stock keeper and procurement team to deliver the tasks more effectively - Doing weekly, monthly and other reports as requested - Perform other duties as assigned

- Bachelor degree or fresh graduated in Accounting & Finance or any equivalent - Experience with purchasing or stock is preferable - Can read and write Khmer, English is advantage - Have knowledge of construction and MEP materials/tools/equipment/accessories is advantage - Be able to use Computer in MS. Word, Excel, Internet and E-mail is a preferable - Being able to work in team and good time management - Being honest, high commitment, hard-working, good attitude, open-minded and work ethic. - Being able to travel to sites/province or mobilize
