-No experienced candidates, Fresh Graduates, Year 3 or 4 Students Are Also Encourage to Apply ** Job Qualification/Requirement (MUST HAVE) - A Bachelor Degree - Language Ability: Khmer (Native); English (Intermediate) - Eagerness to understand action policy - The ability to use Microsoft Office + Internet & Email - The ability of logical thinking and critical thinking - Good quantity input and output skill (Quality will be gained later on) - A positive and challenging mindset - A good physical health - Hard-working, self-motivation, and fast-learning - Good interpersonal and negotiation skills (NICE TO HAVE) - An intermediate/good command of Chinese is a plus - An intermediate/good command of Japanese is a plus - Related experience ** Hiring flow - 0 Step: Paper test - 1st Step: Interview with Manager, HR representative, and Department Representative - 2nd Step: Interview with CEO and HR representative - 3rd Step: Selected to join us in actual Operation for three months (first of the first three months is trial period and the next two months is probation period)
