Assistant Supervisor- Genset is responsible for the on-site activities and oversees the performance of Technicians and Assistant Technicians under his command. -Reporting and authority " He reports to Supervisor- Genset. -He has the authority on the Technician- Genset and Assistant Technician- Genset under his command. -To follow the orders from Supervisor- Genset -To manage Genset workshop and the property in this workshop -To control the tools used by his staffs -To monitor the maintenance works " -To follow the maintenance schedule done by his supervisor -To collect the reports and information from Genset maintenance team and pass it to supervisor for record and analysis -To assist the Genset maintenance team if they have the problem at site -To conduct site inspection and make the report of site inspection. -To prepare monthly report for customers if requested.

Bachelor degree or Technical Diploma of Mechanical skills * Some working experience with Genset • Some management skills • Good interpersonal skills • Team spirit • Computer literacy • Fluency in English and Khmer language
