- Check price and credit limit - Check stock for create sale order - Request new ID and process document credit limit for all salesman both project and depot - Process purchase and set price in purchase order (PO) - Receive order by telegram from salesman - Ensure create sales order are met and on time to delivery - Contact salesman to obtain missing information - Receive sales order inter company - Create Sales Order (SO) in SAP system - Prepare invoice and send to customer - Receive delivery by telegram form warehouse for Billing invoice - Perform other duties as assigned.
