1、负责员工日常人事手续，员工档案管理和资料更新事宜，负责做好内部文件和记录的管理 Manage HR related documents, internal records, manpower arrangement etc 2、按时完成领导交办的其他工作，并及时反馈执行情况; Able to meet deadlines and give comments/recommendations etc 3、制定完善公司的各种规章制度，营造良好的企业文化气氛； Set up relevant procedures/sop/policies/etc 4、制定并完善薪酬制度与福利政策落实; Set-up/review HR policies such as wages, compensation and benefits etc 5、建立良好的招聘管理系统，规范流程，完成招聘任务； Manage hiring ads 6、 负责协助领导处理职工申诉、访谈、劳动纠纷、劳资仲裁等工作，为职工解惑答疑； Responsible for labor dispute and grievance,interview, any relevant to labor matters 7、按时完成领导交办的其他工作，并及时反馈执行情况。 Able to meet deadlines.
