** Salary: USD 600 - 700 (Negotiable – depends on experience) ** Location: Sihanoukville (* Accommodation can be arranged if required (share with colleagues)) ** Job Description: - To inspect equipment issue and identify maintenance related to electrical and water systems in the building and immediate report problem to Manager and get it repaired as quickly as possible. - Get feedback from tenants/ clients, to recommend and take remedial actions with regards to electrical & water related technical issues - To assist the MEP Supervisor with the duty & maintenance roster - To assist to prepare & generate reports - To cover the MEP Supervisor in his absence - Any other assigned by the MEP Supervisor & Building Manager

- At least with a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering or related field - To be able to communicate in Chinese with Owners, Tenants and Contractors relating to technical matters will be an asset. - Must have at least 2 to 3 years of experience in relevant & related technical skill (Electrical, Plumbing, Aircon, Generators, mechanical ventilation, repairing faulty systems, Waste Water treatment, security & fire systems etc)
