• Oversee the day-to-day operation of front office and rental apartments, ensuring the smooth delivery of exceptional services to guests as well as residences. • Prepare and assign duty roster for front desk and housekeeper. • Ensure efficiency in daily operations. E.g. Manpower deployment, inventory control, property management etc. • Be the key contact for any guest issues or apartment rental incidents and emergencies to handle the feedback promptly. • Maintain a professional operations team in terms of staff grooming, work attitude, customer service etc. • Ensure implementation of apartment house rules. • Conduct checks on apartment rooms and premises. • Handle frontline duties when required. • Other ad-hoc tasks as assigned. • Good in communication, positive, responsible and able to multi-task. • Well versed in using Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel. • Able to communicate multi languages.
