- Be responsible for a developing and implementing a program to care for young children. - Ensure the development and safety of the children. - Ensure that staffs are respectful of children and parents, and that equipment and facilities are clean, safe and well maintained. - Monitor and record the numbers of children participating in the program and any other information, as required. - Oversee and direct DIS-CC staff.

- Must be at least 30 years of age. - Excellent reading, writing, listening and speaking English. - Leadership and management qualification. - Excellent interpersonal, team building, organizational, communication and problem solving skills - At least 3-year experiences of management. - Experience of working in partnership with parents. - Knowledge of child development and children’s needs. - Knowledge on policies and procedures related to execution. - Excellent planning and reporting skills. - Able to work independently.
