-Make a cold-calling to target customers; -Build a good relation with clients; -Interview customers to find out their requirements; -Assist customers in buying or selling their properties; -Market research and competitor analysis; -Maintain market database; -Manage own time and schedule; -Meet monthly work target; -Do and submit Daily report to manager; -Customer service and complaint resolution; -Other tasks as assigned by manager.
