-Lead administrative planning and manage administrative expenses effectively -Responsible for designation and management of new branch opening (site leasing, interior design, furnishings, office equipment, safety, hygiene….) -Monitor, manage and maintain company’s equipment and assets by keeping records -Monitor and assist in budget preparation for new branches opening -Establish liaison with relevant ministries and authorities to welcome representatives of the ministry by providing proper hospitality -Submit report as monthly -Attend regular meeting and training as assigned -Other tasks assigned by Management.
