-Lead Company’s branding advertisement and develop -In charge to prepare marketing planning and lead implementation effectively and successfully -Conduct marketing research and make analysis -Preparing research and survey to develop and implement new marketing projects and promotions -Analysis and identifies market for real estate consumers -Responsible for company Facebook page, website, campaigns and social media advertising planning (including company branding program) -Propose marketing strategic planning and ensure advertisement of company’s service to meet target market -Create company branding guideline, maintain public relation and develop digitalization -Build good relationship with business partners to develop and promote company’s branding -Other tasks assigned by top management
