S/he Will Manage, Facilitate And Implement The Project Activities In Target District/ Krong, Including But Not Limited To Delivering Trainings To Selected Citizens On The Roles And Responsibility Of The Offices Of The Ombudsman (at The District And Provincial Levels). Facilitating Exchange Project Leaning Visit. Conducting OWSO Complaint Mechanism Awareness Through Door-to-door Dissemination And Public Forums In All Target Communes. Providing Technical Support To The Function And Regular Meetings Of The OWSO Complaint Mechanism Working Groups To Address Citizens' Complaints. Conducting Community Scorecard Trainings To Selected Youth Groups For Scorecard Survey. Conducting Community Scorecard Survey With Selected Youth Group Trainees. Conducting Community Scorecard Consultative Meetings/ Interface & Dialogue Meetings At National And Sub-national Levels And Reporting To The Public. Document Best Practices And To Report To The Senior Project Officer And Stakeholders. Arranging Logistical Support And Equipment And Materials Related To Project. Representing The Project Team To Communicate With Community, Partners, Participants, And Government And Other Stakeholders. And Other Activities That Contribute To Achieving Project Goal And NGO's Mission. Administrative And Financial Management: Following NGO Administration And Financial Guidelines And Policy For All Tasks Assigned. Preparing Financial And Administrative Support To The Senior Project Officer To Deliver Project Activities Such As Partnership Meetings, Seminars, Commune Public Hearings (forums), Campaigns, Study Visits, Booking Accommodation, Arranging Transportation, Keeping Project Administration Records. Preparing Logistic Arrangement For Meetings, Trainings, Forums, Workshops, Etc. Preparing Any Budget Requests/ Advances. Budget Monitoring. Preparing Invoices/ Receipts And Any Supporting Document For Cash Settlement And Ensure The Expenditures Are Accurate And Comply With NGO Procedures And Policy. Makings Invitation Lists For Distribution Etc. Reporting: Produce Regular Reports From Responsible Target Areas To Senior Project Officer. Organizational Support: Strengthening Of NGO’s Programs, Policies And Strategies And Project. Playing A Constructive Part In Staff Meetings And Participating In NGO’s Functions. Complying With NGO’s Policies And Procedures. Promoting Gender Equity And Inclusion Of Disadvantaged Groups Within The NGO Team And Integrate Gender Equity And Inclusion Awareness Within All Aspects Of The Project. Providing Information For Partner Organizations, Other Members Of Staff And Activity Participants In A Timely Fashion. Undertaking Other Reasonable And Appropriate Duties As Assigned By Senior Project Officer. A University Degree In Human Rights, Management, Law, Public Policy, Social Sciences, Economic Development, International Relations, Communications, Or A Related Field.

Jobs Requirement

At Least Three (3) Years Experiences With NGOs In Implementing Local Governance, Social Accountability Or Similar Projects. Knowledge And Experience Of OWSO Or In Accountability And Transparency. Knowledge And Experience Working With Youth Groups And The Government. Strong Verbal And Written Communication With Internal And External Stakeholders In Khmer, And Good Verbal And Written English. Very Good Interpersonal Skills And Proven Ability To Work Well In A Team. Proficiency In The Use Of Standard Software Package Of Microsoft Office And Internet, E-mail And Social Media Use. Demonstrated Ability To Implement Multiple Tasks Effectively With Strong Results Orientation. Demonstrated Strong Passion For API’s Vision, Mission And Goal. Able To Travel And Undertake Activities In Communities
