- Provide high quality services to clients in a friendly manner and in accordance with Marie Stopes and National clinical guidelines. Services provided include but are not limited to safe abortion, short term and long term family planning, STI’s, safe motherhood, Cervical Cancer Screening and prevention, laboratory and Ultrasound. He/she should be source person for medical consultation when other providers need some help and focal person in management of medical emergency cases in centres. - Actively communicate follow up services with clients, in particular counsel on post abortion family planning services. - Administer other drugs/treatments to the appropriate clients based on the planned procedure. - Provides services with full respect of clients’ privacy. - Assist in the recovery area and observation of clients post-procedure - Follow Marie Stopes’ incident management policies for all clinical complications and watch-out for clinical incident and product related incident and report them correctly and accordingly. - All relevant client processes are accurately completed, client confidentiality maintained and, where required, client consent forms are completed before any service provision commences. - Support flexible working hours based on the number of clients and ensure the Roster System is being implemented effectively. - Proactively follow work plans to achieve daily, weekly and monthly services delivery target and actively participate in weekly centre meetings to review and analyse results, and develop improvement actions. - Assist the Centre Business in Charge in follow up with internal and external quality assurance feedback and implement recommendations to increase the quality score each year. - Act as a quality assurance focal point in the centre, supporting Centre Business in Charge and other team members to understand and implement Quality Technical Assistance (QTA) action plans - Promptly notify the Centre Business in Charge and Clinical Director of any significant obstacles or barriers that affect service quality - Conduct clinical Quality Assurance within the Centre and provide feedback to the team and identify strengths and ways to improve it.

** Qualifications/Skills and Experience: - Medical Doctor Practitioner with at least 4 years’ experience - Certificates in sexual and reproductive health, especially family planning and safe abortion services, highly desirable. - Registered with the Medical Council in Cambodia. - Fluent in Khmer both oral and written (high level) - English oral and written (medium level) - Minimum of 4 years’ clinical experience. - At least 2 years clinical experience in sexual and reproductive health service provision desired - Experience in training, and quality assurance is a benefit - willingness to learn is essential - Experience in the development of quality assurance feedback mechanisms and development of no-blame culture in the health system is desirable. - Must be pro-choice and a strong supporter of sexual reproductive health rights for all men/women, including abortion services. - Non-judgemental, client focused attitude - Results focused - goes above and beyond ** We are committed to Child Safeguarding and Protection from Sexual Exploitation and Abuse.
