• Monitor the day-to-day financial operations within the company, such as payroll, and invoicing. • Contract outside services for tax preparation, auditing, banking, investments, and other financial needs. • Review financial data and prepare monthly and annual reports and present financial reports to executives committee. • Establish and maintain financial policies and procedures for the company that align with mother’s company. • Understand and adhere to financial regulations and legislation. • Track the company's financial status and performance to identify areas for potential improvement. • Provide insightful information and expectations to senior executives to aid in long-term and short-term decision making • Oversee & develop finance team.

• Bachelor Degree in Finance & Accounting/Business Administration or related field. • At least 5 years’ experiences in finance & accounting with 3 years in Finance Manager position . • Work experiences in Logistics Company based in Cambodia and/or any other ASEAN countries would be preferable. • Excellent Analytical skills, interpersonal skills at all levels, including people-management, leadership and both written and spoken communication skills.
