- Building reusable code and libraries for future use - Optimization of the application for maximum speed and scalability - Implementation of security and data protection - Design and implementation of data storage solutions - Work with developers to design algorithms and flowcharts - Produce clean, efficient code based on specifications - Integrate software components and third-party programs - Troubleshoot, debug and upgrade existing software - Recommend and execute improvements - Create technical documentation for reference and reporting
