*Assists the procurement officer and department of purchasing activities, takes quote from supply and reviews quote *Coordinate with requests and make sure the right materials needed *Assists with data collection and preparation for monthly reports *Responsible for the daily activities within the procurement office *In the absence of procurement officer administers and oversees all procurement activities *Perform related work as required by procurement department.

-Bachelor degree in, Economic, Accounting, Management or other related field. -At least one year's experience with related work. -Knowledge of how to file documents properly. -Good in Microsoft Word, Excel and outlook Express and Internet. -Good in English. -Hardworking, honest, positive attitude and self-motivated.
