Jobs Description

- Recruit and select potential candidates who are in position of normal staff in production and office - Prepare notices and advertisements for vacant staff positions - Schedule and organize interviews - Conduct reference checks on possible candidates - Inform unsuccessful applicants - Prepare, develop and implement procedures and policies on staff recruitment - Conduct exit interview - Payroll handling - Monitor daily attendance - Investigate and understand causes for staff absences - Calculate the payment of OT meal allowance according to company’s rule - Recommend solutions to resolve chronic attendance difficulties - Create and update records and databases with personnel, financial and other data - Follow up with Ministries/ Labor Department on job/workplace regulations - Follow up on NSSF - Maintain historical human resource records by designing a filing and retrieval system; keeping past and current records such as wages, leave, training, employment contract, inspection report from Ministry of Labor etc... - Maintain a pay by conducting periodic pay surveys; scheduling and conducting job evaluations; preparing pay budgets; monitoring and scheduling individual pay actions; recommending, planning, and implementing pay structure revisions. - Provide advice and recommendations on discipline actions - Renew employment contract or terminate contract based on peer staff performance appraisal - Determine staffing numbers, skill and needs to meet the organization’s objectives - Analyze the skills and qualities required for each particular job and develop job descriptions and duty statements. - Provide advice and assistance when conducting staff performance evaluations - Identify training and development opportunities - Coordinating office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance to company policies - Process employee requests for outside training while complying with policies and procedures - Organize staff training sessions, workshop and activities - Provide counseling to staff who have performance related obstacles - Provide staff orientations - Participate in applicant interview while recruiting middle and top management - Ensure operation of equipment by completing preventive maintenance requirements; calling for repairs; maintaining equipment inventories; evaluating new equipment and techniques; and manual filing system - Handle the complaints, maintenance requests and other concerns according to property-specific and company procedures - Develop and update administrative systems to make them more efficient - Resolve administrative problems - Organizing travel and accommodation for staff and customers - Ensure planning, monitoring, and appraisal of employee work results by training managers to coach and discipline employees; hearing and resolving employee grievances; counseling employees, line leader, supervisors, and inspection manager. - Maintains employee benefits programs and inform employees of benefits by studying and assessing benefit needs and trends; recommending benefit programs to management; directing the processing of benefit claims - Other duties as required

Jobs Requirement

- Degree in Human Resources, Business Administrative or other relevant fields with professional qualification - At least 2 years of working experience - Possesses problem solving and critical thinking skills - Good analytically mind and numerical sense, proactive and deadline driven - Computer literacy (Word, Excel, Internet and E-mail etc...) - Fluency in spoken and written English or Chinese, Khmer is preferable.
