-Support superior in managing day-to-day operating expenditures against operating budgets to ensure efficient usage of resources -Analyze core customer groups in order to aim merchandising plans toward them; target key user groups -Prepare and maintain a database of dates for all retail and market releases of products and services -Display merchandise with visual appeals to attract customers -Research and analyze competitors visual merchandising techniques to suggest effective strategies -Research lifestyle and design trends to ensure designs will appeal to target audiences -Organize and purchase items for visual displays as per management requests -Participate in various trade shows and live events -Coordinate with event and management teams and prepare innovative strategies for displays

-Demonstrate strong understanding of clients' industry/business/products -Demonstrate strong creativity and imagination Proven hands on experience in working with graphic software and monitoring visual displays -Demonstrate expertise in store merchandising -Demonstrate appreciation and respect for cultural sensitivities especially in cross-country/-cultural interactions -Demonstrate fluency in local language and ideally in English, both written and spoken -Demonstrate proficiencies in office productivity tools (e.g. Excel, Word and PowerPoint) -Relationship Communication and Servicing Skill -Bachelor's degree in graphic design, visual or merchandising or related discipline -Minimum two to three years’ experience in a similar role Drive Growth.
