- Prepare shipping documents - Manage excellent communication with clients - Coordinate invoicing process with finance department in Phnom Penh - Prepare operations reports - Excellent communication with sales coordinator - Coordinator final cargo load up with General handling agent at airport - Use the airlines booking system - Direct contact with VietJet to assure all cargo flown as booked - Support sales coordinator with adhoc requests - Proactively trace & track the shipments and report to client - General administration of all operational documents

- Gender: Male or Female, Age: 25+ - Education Level: Bachelor’s Degree - Experience: 1-3 years in logistics, freight forwarding, air cargo business, business administration or tourism - Computer skill: Microsoft Office - Languages: Khmer and English, (Vietnamese is advantage) - Personality: Committed and hard work.
