• Partnering with relevant line managers in hiring the employee’s needs • Working closely with line managers to design the JD/KPI for individual employee • Post job announcement on the website, Facebook, LinkedIn or any others related • Liaise with recruitment agencies and networking internal or external to find potential candidates • Screening resumes and contact interviews with candidates in-person • Coordinating interviews with the line managers and recommendations • Performing reference and background check of the successful candidates • Reporting to Human Resource Manager for any successful candidates • Completing timely reports on employment activity • Conducting exit interviews on terminating employees • Any another duty will be assigned by superior from time to time

• Bachelor Degree in Human Resource or related fields • Minimum of 3 years experience in sourcing candidates is a plus • Computer literate: MS office, e-mail and others are preferred • Good in English speaking, reading and writing • Excellent verbal and written communication in both Khmer and English • Excellent interpersonal and coaching skills • Good public relation skills, and problem-solving skill • Loyal, flexible, and innovative • Can keep the calm in stressful situation • Natural leader with proven management skills • Ability to manage multiple accounts effectively • General knowledge of labor laws and practices
