- Monitor loading and unloading of truck or container - Monitor warehouse operations, Ensure warehouse staff follow the established SOP. - Monitor daily order dispatching and ensure daily task are finished timely. - Communicate with sub-contractor and manage their performance and KPI - Support manager with weekly/Monthly report - Maintains cleanliness and orderliness of the warehouse - Observes and follows strictly the warehouse safety and security policy and procedures - Observes proper use of warehouse tools and equipment - Updates shipment status and reports any incident inside the warehouse - Participates in the regular cycle counting activities - Maintains good transaction files of the warehouse - Document control.
