1. Education: Bachelor degree. 2. Skill: Civil engineering or related field. 3. Experience: At least 1 year of relevant experience. 4. Computer Skill: Ms. Word, Ms. Excel, Ms. Project , Auto CAD 5. Language Skill: Be able to communicate in English.
