Jobs Description

Position Purpose: Executive Assistant will be responsible for providing day-to-day administrative support to General Manager for smooth & efficient running of market operations. S/he will also assist in organizing company events, such as year-end party, team building etc. This position reports directly to General Manager. ** Position Description: - Review and update GM’s outlook calendar schedules/meeting as per Asia Pacific Regional calendar & internal appointments, meetings, conferences, events on a timely manner; - Provide administrative supports for GM’s meetings, conferences and company business event by ensuring all logistics arrangements meet good expectation and smooth deliver; - Make necessary communication to top management team and relevant parties regarding meeting schedule and update status from time to time; - Ensure to update GM’s visitor appointment on daily basis; - Advance prepare all GM’s travel arrangement based on schedule such as flight ticket, accommodation etc…; - Update GM business trip schedule to appropriate individual in all departments who required GM’s approval or signature; - Ensure to have GM’s business expenses claimed on timely manner; - Assist in planning and co-ordination of all company events such as year-end party, team building etc…; - Plan company event’s yearly schedule in alignment with HR - Director/GM within the reserved budget; - Other tasks assigned by line manager.

Jobs Requirement

- University degree in Business Administration or related field, - Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in working as a secretarial at Multi-National Company; - Good at project management, communication, interpersonal skill and ability to work independently; - Previous experience of working in multinational companies, - FMCG industry is preferred, - Fluent English and Khmer both written and spoken; - Confident user of MS Office: Excel, Word, Power Point; - Agile personality, willingness and ability to learn fast and a sense of urgency. ** Our Benefits: - Excellent employee environment with a competitive benefits package including: - Profit Sharing Plan - Annual Merit Increase - Private Health Insurance for employees and dependents - Dental - Paid Time Off - Life Insurance - Disability Insurance
