1. DRIVE FOR ORDERS AS PER TARGET - Drive for orders as per target. Coordinate with manager/MD for company strategy Technical Support 2. CUSTOMER SATISFACTION MANAGEMNET - Manage for customer satisfaction with coordinating with service team and management. 3. TECH SUPPORT FOR CUSTOMERS - Learn technical and preliminarily support customers. Also promoting new technology to customers. 4. COORDINATION/SUPPORT WITH SERVICE TEAM/MANAGER - Coordinate with service team and follow/support mange’s strategy 5. INVOICING/COLLECTING - Help back office for invoicing/collecting

- 1-3 years experience in filed equipment service business. Air-Conditioner/Chiller/Refrigeration service skills is preferable. - Graduation of bachelor degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or related filed or High Vocational degree with required experience. - Good command of English & computer skills - Able to work under pressure and flexible time - Strong leadership, service mind & orientation with positive attitude Note: For Trane Airco (Cambodia) Co.,Ltd Sale Air Conditioner
