- Responsible for 2 factories, process shipping & air freight import documents, tracking the shipping container & air time into the factory, notify the info to material warehouses in time. - Update Container Report & Update CDC report to SAB Shipping-contact window Rose. - Ministry of Commerce & Chemicals & Pay Roll Monthly reporting - Handle DHL Express Declaration Format for payment - Customer Handful Booking & Shipping Documents - ASICS large goods & sales samples, express air shipping C / O&customs; declaration documents, booking & Shipping document provide truck documents and finished products for delivery to the forwarder designated warehouse. - The client's OTL report, send a buyer doc and ask for payment. - Monthly report provided to SAB Accounting Department - Process Aedelhard, Aisle, Machina (New Brand) large goods & sales samples, express air shipping C / o & customs documents, booking & Shipping document - Other assignment or project by shipping supervisor
