Jobs Description

1. Main responsibility HR and Admin Manager is to support human resources department preparation and implementation company policy and planning to support administrative. 2. Reporting and authority He/She is report to Account Manager/ Deputy CEO. 3. Scope of Work 3.1 Human Resource Work • Employee Training and development, evaluation and appraisal. • Staffing and movement administration including, recruitment, transfer, promotion, upgrade, confirmation, contract renewal and resignation • Assist in succession plan and annual manpower budget • Preparation of quality evaluation forms. • Recruitment & hiring. • Act as a liaison person between the operation and its internal and external regulators in regards to HR Policy and SOPs audit and compliance issues. • Yearly planning by establishing and conducting orientation and training programs. - Ensures planning, monitoring, and appraisal of employee work results by training managers to coach and discipline employees. 3.2 Administrative Work • Excellent skills in time management, organization, coordination and communication (written and verbal) • Manage inventory control for collateral, supplies, etc. • Manage the department’s records and ensure compliance with corporate policy • Ensure a full understanding of enquiries and requests, transcribe complete requests, and reroute calls to appropriate Team Members as required • Responsible for the site office maintenance i.e. Internet, Printer, Finger Print maintenance service, drinking water for office and workers etc.

Jobs Requirement

4. Skills • Graduate of Human Resources Management or business administration or related field. • Good English communication skills. • 5 – 10 year-experience as HR Manager. • Intermediate to advanced proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook). • Ability to plan, multi-task and manage time effectively • Good in negotiation skill and communication skill • Strong interpersonal skills • High motivate person • Initiative, well planned, and active • Business awareness and commercial focus • Leadership and strong management skills
