• 3D Max & V-Ray, Auto CAD, Sketch Up & V-Ray, Photo Shop, Illustrator. • Ability to understand and handle Architecture CAD Drawings. • Capable of modeling projects from minimum sketches, supervision and coordinate indecently with architecture and third parties when require. • Work on Architectural 3D Modeling, Unwrapping, Texturing, Lighting, Camera Animation, Rendering or Visuals and Walk-through, projects. • Ability to create extremely photo realistic Interior, Landscape, Visuals and using V-Ray/ Corona Renderer. • Undertaking 2D image compositing, finishing and retouching operations on 3D rendering. • Preparation of design solution/ Working / Tender/ Construction drawings • Prepare sample boards and presentation materials • Responsible with Areas associated with design SECONDARY ROLE • Obtain specialist details & Shop drawings • Coordinate inputs from Building management, Architects or consultants to ensure compliance of regulation • Briefing & Liaison with QS & Contractor on Design Costing & Details • Obtain sign-off for all drawings & finishes •Prepare As- built drawings and OMM • 2D rendering & 3D artist’s impression when necessary • Ensure proper housekeeping and updates of library by design team

• Diploma or Degree in Interior Architecture & Design • At least 3 years relevant experience in Interior Design, for commercial, corporate, hospitality and F&B projects • Proven creative flair, strong color sense and design documentation -Excellent space planning skills • Good communication and design presentation skills • Proficiency in AutoCAD, Photoshop and PowerPoint & 3D software -A good team player, committed, self-motivated. • Positive working attitude, good initiative, committed and willing to learn • Possess good communication and interpersonal skills
