*Job Description - Overlooking for new clients and assisting them in application applying process - Evaluating and interpreting clients’ financial condition to ensure repayment capacity - Setting and updating loan policy - Collecting and reporting clients’ detail information - Verifying and analyzing documents provided by clients - Monitoring and following up the whole loan process in order to ensure satisfactory of clients and prompt repayment - Setup and update credit loan policy - Motivating and pushing loan credit team to meet all targets - Monitoring performance of loan credit team - Managing clients relationship - Work closely with other department
