- Preparing and submitting loan application forms - Go to fields to assess clients repayment capacity - Collecting and reporting clients’ detail information - Verifying and analyzing documents provided by clients - Supporting loan approval process - Follow up client repayment condition - Prepare daily, weekly & monthly activities for team work - Go to field with team work & limit target for team work - Working closely with line manager and other team to achieve the target - Send daily report to manager *Other Benefits Phone card, gasoline allowance and sale commission

- Bachelor degree of Banking or equivalence - At least 4 years of experience with Micro Fiance or banks - Advance communication skill - Excellent analytical skill - Solid understanding of lending procedure - Strong commitment and leadership skill - Good interpersonal skill - Ability to deal with stressful situation
