- Advice and coach managers on HR policies and programs including employee relations issues. - Assist in implementing developing and administering HR policies and procedures in accordance with the organization's overall goals. - Supervise HR team in supporting the day to day operations of the human resources department. - Assist in hiring, training and reviewing performance of HR staff. - Other tasks assigned by management.
