1.Coordinating numerous manufacturing excellence activities for loss eradication and product quality improvement within the business supply chain. 2. Developing KPI tracking and lean management implementation strategies in conjunction with the manager 3. Works directly with and provides skill development and coaching for all workers, operators, engineers, supervisors and managers in the facility on ME techniques and Lean Kaizen events. 4. Aids in the development and implementation of 6S projects, standard work procedures, visual workplace, and waste reduction efforts. 5. Facilitates Kaizen and continuous improvement teams improving hourly participation and engagement in sustainable solutions.

1. Experience in production in the sport brand industry is better 2. Above bachelor degree in engineering, business and management or related fields. 3. Good in English including listening, speaking, reading, and writing. 4. Good interpersonal and management skills 5. Can work well within a team
