Jobs Description

- Weekly meeting in the team - Ensure all accounts receivable is current and collect on a timely basis. - Ensure weekly report must be done on time and must be correctly. - Daily, Weekly and Monthly report all collection to supervisor - Review A/R aging with A/R Collection plan. - Perform variance analysis between actual collection and collection forecasting. - Review the reconciliation between customers’ statement of accounts and internal records. - Resolve any resulting discrepancy discovered. - Prepare monthly, quarterly, and year end closing activities. - Be responsible for preparing and reviewing finance form (Purchase vouchers, payment vouchers, sale vouchers, receipt vouchers and journal vouchers, etc...) - Track Advance & Prepayment to Vendor GL. - Be responsible for bookkeeping and able to use accounting system (QB, MYOB and Peachtree) - Track Prepayment from Customer GL. - Preparation of monthly depreciation of Fixed Assets. - Be responsible for preparing fixed assets registered, prepayment & accrual schedule, and reconciliation - Ensure all expense has been recorded correct in the period. - Ensure accounts payable balance is correct. - Be able to develop the accounting policy and prepare financial manual

Jobs Requirement

- At lease graduate in Accounting/Finance or related field is preferred - At least 2 years of relevant experiences as Senior Accounting or Accounting Supervisor. - Good command of English; - Strong command of English, both writing and oral - Good computer literacy (Internet and Email, Microsoft Office, especially Excel) - A sound working knowledge of computer - Honest, hardworking, intelligent, and has strong willingness - Can work under pressure - Good at both written and spoken English - Knowledge of Quick Book, other system - Self-motivation and initiative - Honest and hardworking - Be flexible Person - Good understand of Cambodia International Financial Reporting Standards and Cambodian tax laws. - Good knowledge in monthly and annual tax declaration (TOS, VAT, PPT, WHT and TOP) - Good interpersonal and communication skills ** Staff’s Benefit: - Annual Leave 18 days - Public Holiday (Follow Cambodia Labor Law) - Public Insurance (NSSF) - Staff’s Evaluation every year - KPI **​Note: This employee job description can be modified or amended according to the Company’s needs. **​Interested applicants meeting the above requirements should submit their CVs, covering letters​​ and National ID For more details please contact Mr. Kolap Vichet via kolapvichet14@gmail.com.
