Responsibility: • Install and configure computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers, scanners etc., • Determine users’ technical needs and provide them with appropriate solutions. • Manage network configurations to ensure that all computers on a network can communicate effectively. • Upgrade software, patches and operating systems on a continuous basis. • Install and configure monitors, keyboards and printers. • Solve troubleshoot hardware and software problems. • Act as a technical resource in order to assist users with resolving computer issues. • Ensure that all computers are secured effectively by installing and updating antivirus software. • Keep updating IT inventory. • Train users on new software. • Analyze network problems and manage preventative maintenance procedures. • Able to solve and provide quick IT solution to our end user. • Obtain all the IT related basic software. • Excellent to provide and maintain database from Server. • Highly responsible for accurate work completion to meet deadline. • Establish necessary security measures to prevent unauthorized access to the company server system. • Check CCTV weekly and report about the errors. • Perform other tasks as assigned by IT Manager or OP.

Requirement: • Bachelor of Information Technology/Computer Science. • At least three years of relevant experience. • Good experience in Hardware, Software troubleshoots, networking, and server management. • Good commend in English language (Speaking, Writing and Listening). • Strong interpersonal communication skill. • Be honest, teamwork, and commit to deadline.
