* Promote and sell product (corn seeds) to all agro-seeds shops within the assigned territories * Develop sales networks to increase sales and market coverage * Create market demand as supported by various promotional activities * Find and create potential areas and customers for the products * Check the competitors’ pricing, sales and other promotional activities * Complete all business development programs * Create monthly plan and report of sales and promotional activities with data supported * Build and maintain good business relationships with farmers, dealers, NGOs, IPM/Agronomy program.

* Diploma or bachelor degree in Agriculture, Agronomy or related fields * 2 year’s working experience in Sales or Marketing, especially experience in corn seed is an advantage * Excellent communication and selling skills * Good English and computer skills * Able to drive a car and holding valid driving license “B” * Willing to stay and work at provinces and able to travel up country.
