1. Scope of Work 1.1 General Ledger function - Organize and coordinate work of the accounting department. - Prepare journal entries as well as booking/Checking transaction on Software. - Reconcile and maintain balance account as monthly on Quick book system - To ensure deliveries of data needed of consolidation are accurate. - Defied rules and procedures of accounting for company. - To keep up to date with laws and regulations to comply with CIFRS (Cambodian International Standard Financial Reporting Standard). - To follow and analysis GM % and commission of the projects. 1.2 Tax - Prepare VAT declaration as per regulation - Follow up and keep record on VAT refund - Prepare WHT declaration as per regulation - Prepare CIT declaration as per regulation - Liaise with Tax department, all matters relating to tax and tax settlement - Keep updated on new regulations related - To coordinate financial annual audit with external audit. 1.3 AR/AP review - To respond and manage of periodical report Account payable, Account receivable - Review AP/AR balance - Assist manage fixed assets register and cash flows 1.4 Stock - Review on stock movement in system Vs Actual - Develop stock layout in order to stock material properly and easy for accessing, consuming less space

2. Skills - University Degree in Finance/Accounting - Minimum 5 years of experience in accounting field - Previous experience in same position is preferred - Knowledge of construction accounting a plus - Familiar with MS Office - Able to use Accounting Software - Good understanding of VAS and Tax regulation - Attention to details - Advanced written and spoken English - Teamwork and logistical understanding
