- Develop and implement strategic sales plans and forecasts to achieve company's annual sales target - Establish productive and professional relationships with key Chinese customer accounts to ensure high level of services. - Maintain and build good business relationship with the existing customer. - Monitor and analyze performance metrics and suggest for improvement - Assign tasks to staff, discipline and follow up to get results required - Analyze and control expenditures of own team to conform to budgetary requirements - Coach and develop high performing team - Proactively develop cross functional working relationship and support cross functional project - Other tasks assigned by the regional sales manager.

- Bachelor degree of Sales and Marketing or related fields. - Minimum 3 years experiences working as sales management in relevant industry - Good in Chinese and English both verbal/written communication. - Good Communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills - Be flexible, accountable, challenging and work hard - Eager to learn & self-motivation - Have a enthusiastic and like to work in dynamic situation and complex environment - Computer proficiency in MS office and email​ is a plus.
