1. Night Auditor - To check daily Rooms, Food and Beverage revenue summaries and their supporting transaction reports of the Night Audit Process. - To check revenue from Other Operated Departments such as Laundry, Business Center and Transportation for completeness. - To check Banquet revenues by comparing the banquet guest checks against the function event orders. - To audit the accuracy of ‘regular’ and ‘contractual’ room rates in the system and report irregularities. - To check all manually posted charges to traffic sheet, vouchers, etc. - To review paid-out vouchers and Rebate vouchers for accuracy, proper approval and supporting documentation. - To analyze Cash Overage/Shortage of Front Office Cashiers and F & B Cashiers. - To audit charges to city ledger and credit card companies before forwarding them to Accounts Receivable section. - To spot-check the outlet checks against the captain’s orders. - To check all house use and entertainment checks for proper approval and signature and report to the Income Job Requirements: - One year experience - Positive attitude, and Critical thinking - English language proficiency - Computer skills (MS Office and Accounting Software)Competitive salary

Stock Controller/ Purchase Main Duties & Responsibilities: - Control inventories stock in-out, Produce Daily, Monthly Report - Handle the process of stock request, - Check invoices and relevant documents, - Delivery stock items to other locations, - Record stock in-out into system, - Prepare monthly stock report, - Perform other duties as assigned by Superior / Finance Manager. 3. Bell Boy Main Duties & Responsibilities: - Greet all Guests at all the time in a friendly and helpful manner, and attempt to learn and use Guest’s names at every opportunity. - Handle guest’s lug gages upon check in and out - Upon Check in, have to standby near the counter and assist guest direct to their Room and brief all benefit and all hotel products in the guest room to know. - Accommodate Guest’s special requested and follow up with reception In the case of Walk in, Guest should be assist and show to reception counter - Being Knowledgeable of all hotel’s product information and all outside attraction - Develop Detailed Knowledge of the rooms Locations, Facilities and categories. - Develop detailed knowledge of the Hotel’s key Personnel, Service, Outlets, and hours of operation for each. - Handle Safe Luggage store according to the Hotel procedures. - Be thoroughly aware of the Guest Luggage Hotel Respond policy. - Communication with all other department through the proper channels, and through the communication Forms.
