** The position will report to Head of Finance in Vietnam and Head of Operation in Cambodia ** Responsibilities: - Daily sales reporting - Checking and Preparation of payments to suppliers, including petty cash - Cash and bank collection and reconciliation - Ensure credit control is effective to ensure receivables are collected in a timely manner - Maintenance and retention of company’s records (debit / credit notes, POs, invoices, statements, contracts / agreements), and provide the necessary records to outsourced service providers - Prepare package and check monthly declaration to tax department prepared by Agencies - Support Head of Finance in liaising with company’s bankers and outsourced service providers - Support Head of Operations on office administrative tasks - Randomly conduct the stock take at shops - Others as assigned.

- Professional accountancy qualification or Degree in Accounting or Finance related disciplines. - From 1-2 years of experience in the related field - Able to abide by deadlines with strong sense of responsibility and manage a diverse range of assigned work - Meticulous, good analytical and problem-solving skills - Self-motivated and well organize
