· Develop and implement Automotive and Commercial/ Industrial Lubricant sales plan forecast through analysing sales volume in B2B (business-to-business) and B2C (business-to-consumer) segment and conducting studies on competitor market information and lubes demand. · Lead the sales team progress through close monitoring of sales performance to ensure that sales activities and sales strategy achieve on agreed sales target. · Lead and manage a team of sales executives and key account to handle new and existing customers or distributors and be accountable for the overall team performance. · Utilize global selling points, agreed sales and marketing plan and sales tool techniques to achieve financial targets (Volume, Revenue, Margin etc.) and Sales Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). · Assist the formulation and implementation of the marketing activities as company strategy. · Arrange training to develop sales competencies. Provide regular performance feedback to team. · Develop and maintain good working relationships with all Support Functions. · Developing profitable customers within preferred target sectors and segments.

· Minimum Degree in Sales and Marketing,Management or Engineering. · Minimum 10 years working experience in Lubricants or related businesses. At least 5 years of experiences to be a team leader. · Able to communicate in English. · Excellent planning and implementation skills. · Strong business acumen. · Good team builder and motivator. · Good commercial awareness. · Good relationship building and networking. · Knowledge in Strategy Pricing for Lubricant industry. · Applicant must be able to speak and write in English and Khmer. · Applicant must have experience working in Cambodia before.
