Jobs Description

- Control document and monitor all company assets (vehicles, fittings, office equipment, etc.) - Liaise with suppliers on purchasing items for the company and review and check contracts while needed - Assist Admin Manager for briefing and training - Prepare upon request, relevant reports pertaining to any area of responsibility - Control fixed asset & ensure operations adhere to company policies and regulations - Monitor inventory of office supplies and the purchasing of new material with attention to budgetary constraints - Manage office supplies stock and place orders - Prepare regular reports on expenses and office budgets - Organize a filing system for important and confidential company documents - Answer queries by employees and clients - Maintain a company calendar and schedule appointment - Book meeting rooms as required - Other task assigned by management.

Jobs Requirement

- Age 20~35 - Male & Female - Bachelor degree in Business Administration or relevant field. - At least 2 years’ proven work experiences as HR & Administrator - Knowledge on computer Literacy Microsoft word, Excel, Power Point, and Outlook - Computer literacy in MS.
