Jobs Description

- To devise short- & long-term Sales Business Plan that is in line with the company development strategy - Proactive account management of existing clients to grow revenue - Increase market share & profit margin for the company - Have knowledge about alcohol (wine, whiskey, cognac, beer) & beverages (soft drinks, water etc) - Be able to introduce or provide training for our product range - Update clients of product launches - To coordinate resources from different department (purchasing, warehouse, finance, marketing) - Daily market visit is necessary, and sometime cold calling too - Large portion of the time will be out of office meeting customers & sometime during late nights - To organize product testing events for new potential clients - To oversee all goods are delivered properly from the supplier to our warehouse to our client - Monitoring expenses, prepare quotations for customers, keep track of financial & statistical information for the company - To draft sales policies & contract for the company usage - Set internal company SOP - To conduct research & analyze data as required - Maintain & keep up-to-date client database - Monitor and regularly review competitors to ensure our competitiveness - To formalize our products range & supplier, setting the right price & strategy

Jobs Requirement

- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business administration, or other related field such as communications & hospitality - 4 - 7 years of Sales or marketing experiences in the following industries is a MUST(e.g. FMCG companies, especially F&B or alcohol companies) - Other related certificate like WSET, VESTA is a plus - Understand the industry, including distribution, retail & consumer level - Language requirement: Khmer (native) & English (very good) is a MUST, Thai & Chinese (good to know) - More than 2 years of experience in leadership position is essential - Able to drink well (alcohol) & need to entertain customers often - Proven sales record or exceeding target is a big plus - Able to work long hours (often at night, flexible based on clients’ working hours) - Willing to be hands-on to get their hands dirty if required, together with the team IT skills requirement - Proficient in MS Office like word, powerpoint, excel is a MUST Soft skills requirement - Able to adapt working in a challenging & fast-paced environment - Have good planning & negotiating skills - Have good communication & customer service skills - Have strong drive, energetic & professionally ambitious - Hardworking & initiative is very important - Have self-discipline, able to work independently & also in a team - Able to deal with numbers (accounting & calculation skills) - Able to network well & build good long-term relationship with customer - Patient & reliable - Have a confident & outgoing character, able to work under pressure ** (Note: Strictly no Fresh Graduates for this position )
