Jobs Description

- Able to create & execute marketing plan & strategy with the marketing team - Mainly dealing with Printing related work (e.g. brochures, leaflets, flyers, posters, banners, PVC, stickers, lightbox etc) - To develop & oversee daily marketing projects (e.g. advertising, promotion, trade incentives etc) - Monitoring marketing expenses, prepare quotations for customers, keep track of financial & statistical information for the company - To brainstorm innovative creative ideas & strategies with designer & rest of marketing team - Literate capable in writing / copywriting & proofreading advertising work (Khmer & English is a MUST) - Able to plan & execute successful events, experience in related work scope is a plus (e.g. event setup, manpower /performance arrangement etc) - To conduct research & analyze data as required - Familiar with Digital marketing & social media management (such as online posting – Facebook, websites, WeChat, twitter, YouTube, creating QR code, SEO, SEM etc) - Able to identify & understand competition & Target Audiences’ behavior - To maintain good long-term relationships with printers & vendors to ensure timely production & delivery of quality material - Willing to be hands-on for all activities (e.g. photo shootings, event set-up, market visit) - To develop good internally & externally relationships with all key stakeholders

Jobs Requirement

- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, advertising, business administration, or related field such as communications, hospitality & tourism.(Marketing Assistant can be fresh graduate if major in English from University/College/High school) - Language requirement: Khmer (native) & English (very good) is a MUST, Thai & Chinese (good to know) - Preferably 2 to 7 years of experiences in the following industries & sales experience is a plus (e.g. event companies, marketing agencies, media, F&B, FMCG, consumers electronics) - Be very hardworking & able to meet tight deadlines, juggle various projects at the same time, working with external suppliers & creative agencies - Able to be flexible in working hours (sometime overtime at night, early morning or no off-day for a longer period of time because of event’s needs) - Willing to be hands-on to get their hands dirty if required - IT skills (proficient in MS Office like word, powerpoint, excel is a MUST) & Photoshop is good to know - Able to adapt in challenging, pressuring & fast-paced environment - Have good planning & organizing skills - Have strong drive & ambitious with self-motivation - Able to deal with numbers (basic accounting & calculation skills) - Creative & have a strong attention to detail - Have good teamwork & communication skills ** HOW TO APPLY - Interested candidates should submit their CV including a cover letter, with a current photo (4X6) and with expectation salary to Human Resource Department of T&D.
