- Work with the design team to fully understand the Masterplan of the particular project. - Work with the design team to fully understand the project infrastructure plan with absolute accuracy of the road, drainage, other civil structures and MEP layouts. - Able to read the landscape, structure and finishing drawings of the building and give instruction to the survey machine operators - Work in close collaboration with site engineers to survey and mark lines of key locational points, structure lines and lines for finishing work such as floor, door and window levels. - Assist the survey team in making every day’s work plan in accordance with the construction schedule. - Divide the job effectively among teams - Maintain staff job results by counseling and disciplining - - employees; planning, monitoring, and appraising job results. - Other job as assigned by Manager
