• Prepare and distribute daily concrete delivery schedule to all stakeholders. • Maintain and manage all databases relating to sales and transportation activities. • Analyze transportation performance and fleets management • Monitor quality, quantity, delivery times, and transport costs. • Resolve problems concerning transportation, operations systems, or customer issues. • Respond all logistics administrations and reports. • Manage, coach and develop a high performing team that meets agreed objectives and delivers best practice results, added value and continuous improvements. • Ensure that all functions under supervision operate in accordance with health, safety and environmental policies and procedures to ensure the safety and wellbeing of staff and visitors • Performs other duties as assigned.
