Budget range: Negotiable Date of join: As soon as possible Report to: marketing & category manager This job contributes to Starbucks success in Cambodia through development and management of products in various categories, including but not limited to beverage, food, merchandise and coffee products, with key focus on food category development. Candidate will work closely with key stakeholders to develop product offerings and marketing initiatives that align with Starbucks brand guidelines and strategies. He or she will assist the Marketing & Category Manager to manage business against sales plans and budgets to achieve Starbucks financial and business objectives Responsibilities: Responsibilities and essential job functions include but are not limited to the following: • Assist the Marketing & Category Manager to manage and control local food development from start to end, including raw material sourcing, supplier liaison, pricing and marketing strategy formulation, merchandising, operational training etc. • Coordinate with external suppliers and internal cross-functional team to ensure smooth implementation of business strategies • Assist the development of forecast plans and manage category inventory to maximize sales • Develop marketing materials to drive business results • Track business performance and evaluate effectiveness of promotional activities • Monitor supplier performance and maintain supplier relationships • Coach Operations Team on best practices and provide guidelines on category initiatives • Conduct competitive market analysis to identify sales opportunities • Manage ad-hoc category projects

Jobs Requirement

Requirements: • Degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related disciplines • 3+ years of experience in F&B or retail operations, experience in procurement field will also be considered • Progressive experience in product or brand management in a sizable organization • Proven project leadership experience in a cross-functional environment • Fluent written and spoken English, Khmer proficiency is a plus • Excellent strategic thinking, problem solving, analytical and negotiation skills • Profound understanding on local F&B market • Able to balance multiple priorities and meet deadlines • Able to work independently and as a team How to apply Interest applicants please send your application and resume including your current and expected salary to the Partner (Human) Resources Department via email to jobs@coffee-concepts.com.kh All applications and data collected will be treated in strict confidence and used exclusively for recruitment purposes.
