-Payroll calculation -Apply quota of foreigner -Apply work permit for foreigner -Apply OT permission at Ministry of Labor -To make payment for NSSF on occupational risk and health care -Job announcement worker and staff -Worker's recruitment & interview -Patrol worker during working -Hold orientation about internal rule and labor law to new worker and staff -To make ID card for worker and staff -Control & Check attendant of worker and staff's every morning -Be able to solve problem with worker -Monthly employee movement report to Ministry of Labor and In/Out to manager -To make contract for worker and staff -Arrange shop steward's election every 2 years -Monthly meeting with all workers to remind them about discipline, work, labor law, ...ect -Arrange fire protection team and training to worker -Make schedule to check fire alarm & fire extinguisher every month -Other tasks assigned by management.
