* DESCRIPTION As Sales Manager, you are a fully dedicated business professional that will take full ownership of all sales related activities. You will be responsible for sales budgeting/forecast, planning, and execution for both Commercial Fitness and Retail Fitness. The Sales Manager shall proactively manage the sales team to achieve and exceed annual sales revenue target along with ensuring that your team performs to the highest standards by displaying a professional attitude and applying discipline. As the role model, you shall lead relevant training for the sales team to make certain the team’s products knowledge and practical equipment usage is up to date. You will support the management in understanding accurate market needs and together exploring solutions to accommodate to demands while clearly bearing in mind the objectives and vision of the company. *RESPONSIBILITIES •Work with company leadership to ensure consistent lead generation from all market sectors. •Hire high-performing salespeople according to HR staffing guidelines. •Train new salespeople on products and equipment usage. •Manage day-to-day performance of all sales team members and deliver reviews to CM. •Work with sales leadership to generate ideas for sales contests and motivational initiatives for team. •Lead Daily, Weekly and Monthly team meetings with sales team and leadership. •Track sales team Projects Pipeline and metrics/KPI’s and report data to leadership on a monthly basis. •Embody company culture and maintain high sales employee engagement. •Collaborate with technical support on sales technology initiatives. •Work closely with Designer to achieve great designs for the market, prioritizing projects as required. •Network to increase contacts and exposure in the market/industry. •Ensure correct usage of Salesforce and other sales management applications/tools. •Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands company’s customer base and ensure its strong and growing presence. •Present Monthly sales, revenue, expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team. •Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products development from suppliers and good understanding of competition status. •Attend necessary training/meeting sessions overseas when applicable. •Collaborate with Sales & Admin Assistant for proper and timely FB post translations. •Manage showroom equipment on display and ensure popular items are available for sale (Fitness Equipment & Fitness Flooring). •Work diligently with logistics & warehouse team in Thailand and Phnom Penh Office to improve delivery schedules.

Jobs Requirement

•Love Fitness & Sports. •Bachelor’s degree. Business, Marketing or Sports majors preferred. •Over 5 years’ experience in sales, within industry preferred. •Computer Literate: Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Visio, Internet. •Successful previous experience as a sales representative or sales manager, consistently meeting or exceeding targets with strong intrapersonal skills. •Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close and aftersales follow ups. •Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in Khmer and English (Chinese is a plus). •Firm understanding of data analysis and reporting. •Problem solving minded, self-starting, hardworking, persistent, reliable, positive and enthusiastic about tasks at hand. •Ability to work independently as well as being a team player to ensure healthy company culture and success as a team effort. * SUMMARY Understand the process & key success factors, collaborate smoothly with the team and help the company to serve customers to the best of our ability.
