- Assist with all company’s design needs (e.g. posters & flyers, digital graphics, POSMs, advertising, packaging, infographics, icon, photograph etc) - Be able to work independently, from project discussion to sample mockups/visual layout to presentation to final design/concept printing - Have the designer acumen to judge, communicate & editing artwork/briefs based on clients’ need - Able to think creatively to produce innovative concepts designs - Build trust & long-term relationship with all internal external stakeholders such as clients,production house, printers vendor - Be able to work together in a team including marketing executive, copywriter, digital marketing executive & cross-functional department colleagues - Liaising with external printers on a regular basis to ensure timely delivering of quality production are met - Achieve relevant objectives based on briefs & input from clients. - Able to understand basic financial information to complete work within given budget

- Graduates with design related discipline is a MUST, such as Graphic design, fine art design, drawing (bachelor degree is a plus) - Preferably 1 - 5 years experiences with background such as creative agency, marketing department, printing production house, multimedia agency etc - Be creative willing to propose innovative ideas - Excellent communication skills (good in both Khmer & English is a MUST) - Have a good sense of design knowledge such as chosen colors, images, text style & layout - Be very hardworking & able to meet tight deadlines, juggle various projects at the same time,working with external suppliers & creative agencies - Able to be flexible in working hours (sometime overtime at night, early morning or no off-day for a longer period of time because of event’s needs) - Have good analytical skills, flexibility in adapting different working culture - Have passion & enthusiasm for their artwork - Good time management skills & the ability to multi-task - Attention to detail a commitment to accuracy - IT skills & knowledge (MUST have) Adobe CC (Photoshop & Illustration Indesign), Printing techniques knowledge - Other skills knowledge (good to have) Dreamweaver, hand tools drawing, sketches, video editing software such as Premiere Pro, color theory, typography, infographics, 3D design, photography ** (Note: For designers’ application, applicants please compile send over a portfolio of your previous work, no interview will be scheduled if project portfolio is not attached, thank you)
