Jobs Description

** YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE 1. Daily delivery: - Follow up daily export shipment from Shipping department, Track finish goods & prepare Packing List & Delivery Note for shipment to ship to customer, print invoice and transfer it to Import Export team for timely document preparation. - Make sure all bills are scanned of SO which exported to foreign and domestic customers, then update onto system for monitoring purpose. - Work closely with forwarder & customer end to ensure on time shipment; review forwarder cost in month end. - Upload daily documents to upon customer request; Update the shipment status in timely manner. - Promptly report any unusual issues to the management. 2. Document archive and company & department compliance: - Archive import/export documents of the department in accordance with regulations, make sure it is easy to check and compare whenever required. - Stricly follow the policies and procedures of company & department. 3. Safety and environment: - Comply with the safety and environment policy; understand and adhere to the safety and hygiene standards in the working area. - Practice 5S methodology at the work place - Implement "Near Miss" in accordance with the requirements on industrial hygiene and safety standards within the factory zone.

Jobs Requirement

** WHAT WE WILL BE LOOKING FOR IN YOU - High School Diploma or equivalent required. - 3+ years previous experience required. - Must be motivated towards productivity improvements, safety and quality awareness. - Skilled in anticipating and troubleshooting problems. - Skilled in working independently in a safe and timely manner. - Strong interpersonal, written, oral, and proofreading skills. - Strong organizational and customer service skills. - Possesses solid mathematical aptitude, attention to detail and logical problem solving skills. - Accurate typing, spelling and grammar skills required. - Understanding of applicable computer systems, such as Microsoft Office, Lotus Notes and function specific software. - Ability to work independently in a safe and timely manner necessary.
