-Promote and sell product (corn seeds) to all agro-seeds shops within the assigned territories -Develop sales networks to increase sales and market coverage -Create market demand as supported by various promotional activities -Find and create potential areas and customers for the products -Check the competitors’ pricing, sales and other promotional activities -Complete all business development programs -Create monthly plan and report of sales and promotional activities with data supported -Build and maintain good business relationships with farmers, dealers, NGOs, IPM/Agronomy program.

-Diploma or bachelor degree in Agriculture, Agronomy or related fields -2 year’s working experience in Sales or Marketing, especially experience in corn seed is an advantage -Excellent communication and selling skills -Good English and computer skills -Possess valid car driving license “B” -Willing to stay and work at provinces and able to travel up country.
